Dybles Estate Agents opened in January 2013 with the goal of providing a refreshing, truly unique, honest and pro-active service for the residents of Winchester and the surrounding villages. After years of steady growth they approached us to develop an update to their brand identity to reflect the new position of the company. They also needed support with their online and offline digital marketing strategy.
We started by created a new visual identity for Dybles with an updated logo, shop signage, letterheads, business cards and 'For Sale' boards to be displayed around Winchester. We also created a brand new landing page on the Dybles website for all Digital Marketing to point to so as to capture as much customer data as possible.
We currently implement Google AdWords campaigns, Facebook advertising and print marketing campaigns to attract their key demographic to buy/sell/let through Dybles.
Although we have only just started to implement the new digital marketing strategy we are seeing very promising results. The online advertising programmes are generating a high number of click-throughs to the new Dybles landing page and the print flyers featuring the 'Dybles Kitten' have proved very successful in making the brand stand-out.
