Utilita is the leading provider of prepayment gas and electricity services in the UK. Established in 2003, they broke into a tough market with the intention of making a difference to the way pre-pay energy is supplied and have since attracted over 260,000 customers. Utilita approached Think Creative to create a brand new website for existing customers to top-up, attract new signups online and provide monthly support for all of their print projects.
More recently, Utilita requested an update of their brand identity. We were tasked with developing a new, modern visual styling that reflected the growth of the company whilst retaining the character of the original branding.
To help guide customers through their payment options we designed and built a website which was easy-to-use and appealing in its look and feel. We also developed a Polar bear cartoon as the face of the company by creating a line illustration style that is uniquely Utilita.
Think Creative continue to support the Utilita Marketing Team with ongoing web and print projects each month. We offer offline support in a variety of print projects such as customer User Guides, Welcome Packs and marketing material. The Utilita website is maintained each month to target the 150,000 Uilita customers and improvements are constantly made to attract new signups such as integration with energy comparison partners.
