How long does a Laravel project take?
Laravel projects vary depending on the scale and technical requirements. A smaller Laravel or Statamic website may take a few months, while a larger platform with bespoke functionality, portals, dashboards, integrations, complex content or advanced user journeys can take six to nine months or more.
Laravel projects benefit from proper planning because the platform is usually built around specific business requirements rather than a standard website structure.

Think Creative is a digital and creative agency that brings strategy, design, development and production together. We help organisations with branding, websites, Laravel platforms, WordPress websites, graphic design, animation, web apps, artwork and ongoing creative support.
When would a community or education organisation need Laravel?
Laravel may be a better fit when the site needs larger content structures, portals, directories, resource libraries, booking systems, gated content, integrations or more complex user journeys. It gives the organisation a stronger foundation while still allowing a familiar CMS experience through Statamic.
Why do Laravel websites cost more than WordPress websites?
Laravel websites usually involve more bespoke planning, development and technical structure. WordPress is often a strong fit for content-led websites, brochure sites and manageable CMS builds. Laravel is better suited to larger or more complex platforms where the site needs custom functionality, integrations, dashboards, portals, advanced content structures or more scalable architecture.
The additional cost usually reflects the extra thinking, design, development, testing and flexibility required to build something around the organisation’s specific needs.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Every piece is made to order: Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Delivery then takes 4 to 10 business days, depending on where you are. You’ll see an estimated date at checkout. Treat it as a good guide, not a guarantee.
Why is everything made to order?
Because we’d rather print it for you than watch it gather dust on a shelf. We don’t hold stock, so nothing goes to waste and every print is fresh. The only catch is that your order needs a little time to be made.
How much is delivery?
We calculate shipping at checkout based on where you live and what’s in your basket, so there are no nasty surprises later.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way home. No email within 5 days of ordering? Tell us and we’ll chase it up.
Why have my items arrived separately?
Some products are printed at different facilities, so 1 order can arrive in more than 1 parcel. It’s still 1 order, and you won’t pay a penny extra for it.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Orders delivered within the UK shouldn’t attract any customs charges. Any international orders heading overseas may be hit with import duties, taxes or handling fees set by your local customs authority. These aren’t included in your order total, and they’re outside our control, so your local customs office is the best place to check.
How do I choose the right size?
Getting the fit right is the trickiest part of buying clothes online, so it’s worth 2 minutes. Every product page has a size guide with garment measurements. Measure a favourite piece you already own and compare it to the chart. Fit varies between styles, so check each one rather than assuming your usual size.
How do I look after my print?
Good care keeps the colours bold and the print sharp. Wash inside out at 30 degrees and avoid tumble drying on high heat. Each product page lists its own care instructions, so give them a quick look before the garment goes in the machine.
What if there’s a problem, or I want to send something back?
We want you to love what you ordered, so we’ll put things right. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted, email us within 30 days with your order number and a clear photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. If you’ve simply changed your mind.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Production starts quickly, so speed matters. Spotted a slip with a size, colour or address? Email us at create@think-creative.co.uk as soon as you can and we’ll do everything we can to sort it. We can’t promise changes once printing has begun.
