Brand, digital and design for places people need to understand, visit and remember

A property development, destination, venue, estate, neighbourhood, public space or visitor attraction needs more than a logo and a few sales materials. It needs a clear identity, a strong sense of place and a digital presence that helps people understand what it is, why it matters and how to engage with it. From brand strategy and visual identity to websites, brochures, wayfinding, hoardings, photography, launch campaigns and production artwork, we help make places feel clearer, more distinctive and easier to experience.

For places with more to say.

A strong place brand needs to work across many different moments. It might need to attract buyers, tenants, visitors, funders, students, businesses, residents, investors, tourists or local communities. We help shape the story, system and assets behind the place, so everything feels joined up: the website, the signage, the brochure, the campaign, the sales materials and the on-site experience.

Make the place easier to understand

Places can become complicated quickly. Multiple audiences. Different phases. Lots of information. Changing timelines. Physical and digital touchpoints. Sales teams, marketing teams, stakeholders and visitors all needing different things. Whether you need a destination identity, a property marketing campaign, a signage system or a website that makes the offer clearer, we create design that helps people understand where they are, what is available and why they should care.

Create the identity and the experience together

For places and property, brand and digital need to work as one. The brand gives the place meaning. The website gives people a way to explore it, understand it and take action. We can create the strategy, identity, messaging, website and digital system together, making sure the whole experience feels coherent from first impression to final enquiry. This is especially useful for developments, venues, destinations and organisations that need to communicate with multiple audiences.

Give the place a clearer story

We can help define the positioning, name, visual identity, tone of voice and creative direction behind a place or property brand. That might mean creating a new identity for a development, refreshing a venue brand, shaping a destination campaign or clarifying how different parts of an estate, attraction or property offer fit together.

The aim is to create a brand that feels rooted in the place, but built for the people it needs to reach.

Help people find their way and feel where they are

We design signage and wayfinding for interiors, exteriors, venues, campuses, visitor attractions, workplaces, retail spaces, public environments and property developments. That might include entrance signs, directional signage, wall graphics, window vinyls, interpretation panels, hoardings, banners, floor plans, maps and environmental graphics. Every sign needs to be clear, practical and easy to understand, but it should also feel like part of the wider brand.

Marketing materials that make the place feel real

We can create brochures, posters, flyers, adverts, presentation decks, sales documents, site maps, event materials, reports, infographics, social assets and printed materials that help communicate the offer clearly. Whether you are promoting a development, launching a venue, advertising an event or supporting a sales team, we make sure the design feels polished, consistent and aligned with the wider brand.

Rollout support for campaigns, sales and launches

Place and property projects often need large volumes of assets produced quickly and accurately. We can support marketing teams, agencies and organisations with artwork and production across print, digital, social, display, signage, advertising, hoardings, event materials and campaign rollouts. That might mean resizing assets, adapting designs, preparing print-ready files, creating variants, producing ad suites or turning a campaign into a full set of launch materials.

Launches, openings, events and public-facing campaigns

We can create campaign branding for property launches, venue openings, fundraising drives, visitor campaigns, public consultations, seasonal events, recruitment campaigns and destination marketing. That might include campaign naming, messaging, key visuals, social assets, posters, email graphics, landing pages, signage and rollout materials.

What we solve

“The place has a story, but it is not coming through.”

We can shape the brand, messaging and creative direction so the place feels more distinctive, memorable and easier to explain.

“Our materials feel disconnected.”

We can bring consistency across websites, brochures, signage, campaigns, social assets, maps and sales materials.

“People do not understand the offer quickly enough.”

We can improve the structure, messaging, visual hierarchy and user journey so audiences can find what they need faster.

“We need to launch properly.”

We can create the campaign brand, website, print materials, signage and production assets needed to bring the launch together.

“The website does not support the scale of the project.”

We can design and build a clearer digital presence, from manageable WordPress sites to larger Laravel and Statamic platforms.

Why Think Creative for places and property?

Places need creative work to feel like an extension of that feeling of setting foot within the space. A destination identity needs imagination, but a sign still needs to be legible. A property brochure needs atmosphere, but it also needs structure. A website needs to look impressive, but it also needs to help people take action. That is where our mix of brand, digital and graphic design works well.

We can help shape the identity, build the website, design the materials and support the rollout, keeping everything connected from first idea to final asset.

Places & property FAQs

Are you a digital agency, creative agency or design agency?

We are a digital and creative agency, which means we combine brand thinking, design craft and technical development. We can support the whole journey, from brand strategy and visual identity to websites, digital platforms, campaigns and production assets.

What is brand and digital?

Brand and digital is the process of building the brand and the digital experience together. It connects strategy, identity, tone of voice, UX, content, web design and development so your website does not feel separate from the brand.

Why should branding and web design be done together?

Your website is often the most important place people experience your brand. By building branding and web design together, we make sure your identity, content, tone of voice, UX and digital platform all work as one joined-up system.

Do we need a full rebrand or just a brand refresh?

A brand refresh is usually right when your existing brand still has value, but needs to feel sharper, more consistent or more current. A full rebrand is better when the strategy, name, positioning, messaging or identity no longer reflect the organisation.

What is the difference between brand identity and visual identity?

Visual identity is the visible part of your brand: logo, colour, typography, imagery, graphics, illustration and layout style. Brand identity is broader and includes positioning, messaging, tone of voice, audience strategy and the wider system that guides how the brand behaves.

Can you help with naming?

Yes. We can help name businesses, products, campaigns, services and sub-brands. Naming works best when it connects back to the wider brand strategy, tone of voice and visual direction.

Can you design a logo?

Yes. We design logos and logo systems for startups, small businesses and established organisations. A logo might include a primary mark, wordmark, icon, monogram, secondary lockup, social avatar or responsive versions for digital and print.

What makes a good website?

A good website helps people understand who you are, find what they need and take action with confidence. It needs clear structure, strong messaging, considered UX, responsive design, good performance, SEO foundations and a CMS your team can actually use.

Can you design a website if we already have developers?

Yes. We can provide UX, wireframes, interface design, prototypes and development-ready design systems for your own developers to build from. This is useful if you have an in-house team but need stronger design thinking or a more polished interface.

Is Laravel better than WordPress?

Laravel is not automatically better than WordPress. It depends on what the website needs to do. WordPress is great for many content-led websites. Laravel is usually better for larger, more complex, functionality-led platforms that need bespoke features, integrations or stronger scalability.
